OBJECTIVES

By looking at whom, the world feel pleased, to that Shree Ram, I bow again and again’

Leadership involves facing and overcoming challenges demonstrating integrity, skills, behavior, values and character that inspire and motivate present and future generations. Failure of leaders to provide required leadership has been a common phenomenon in all times. Search for new paradigms of perfect leadership has been a continuous process in theory and practice.
Bhagavad Gita and Ramayan are two epic sources that illumines the direction of leadership and has inspired many leaders in the past.
This international conference is being organized to provide a common platform for everybody to discuss, exchange, and present the ideas, thoughts, and research work to develop a better understanding of leadership and coming out with pragmatic solutions for leadership based on these two epic resources.
