GUIDELINES FOR PAPERS

• The abstract of your paper, upto 350 words, should be uploaded on conference website icon.smsvaranasi.com. This can be done by clicking the button ‘Online Paper Submission’ on conference website and filling the required details. In case of any inconvenience author can send abstract on email icon2024@smsvaranasi.com. Title of the paper and keywords must be mentioned in the abstract. The theme under which the abstract should be considered must be mentioned.
  
• After the acceptance of the abstract contributors are required to send their full Paper not exceeding 5000 words including tables and figures. The text should be double space in 12 point Times New Roman font with 1.5 inch all side margins and 1.15 Line Spacing.
  
• The cover page should contain the title of the paper, author's name and brief details including the designation, e-mail and the contact numbers.
  
• References should be cited at the end of the paper in API format only. This list should mention only those sources cited in the text of the paper.
  
• All the tables and figures must be serially numbered.
  
• Author would have to certify that the material is unpublished, as well as original. It is the responsibility of author to obtain permission to reprint previously published matter with copyright restrictions.
  
• Correspondence and proofs for correction will be sent to first named author.
